| Cheerleading - Pro Style Course starts Thurs 4th March This 4 week course is taught by the Pineapple Cheerleaders' pro-squad coaches (as featured on Sky 1 documentary, Pineapple Studios). The course covers pro-style pom pon dance. You’ll learn a routine based on the choreography used by the NFL and NBA squads such as the Dallas Cowboy Cheerleaders, and the Laker girls. It is a fantastic introduction to the pom dance section of cheerleading, as well as being lots of fun and a great way to improve your dance skills. |

| Cheerleading - Varsity Style - Starting Thurs 8th April If you’ve seen Bring It On, this is the course for you! This 4 week course is taught by the Pineapple Cheerleaders pro squad coaches and covers the varsity cheerleading elements based on UK competition criteria. You’ll learn cheers and chants, jumps and technique, and cheer dance. You’ll then work together as a squad to perfect the elements in a competition style routine. |

This 4 week course is taught by the UKCA qualifed coaches and covers beginners level stunting. You’ll learn the basic stunting techniques and work together in groups to build impressive stunts, providing a really sociable aspect to the course. It is great fun and whatever your ability, you are guaranteed to enjoy it.
