Cheerobics Course starts Thursday 4th Feb If your New Year's resolution is to lose weight and get healthy, then at least make it fun by doing it with pom pons! Cheerobics is a high energy workout which combines cheerleading skills with aerobics for a really fun way to exercise and of course you get to use pom pons. This 4 week course is all about getting fit whilst having a laugh and is perfect for complete beginners. You’ll learn a complete body workout and improve your general fitness level whilst focusing on increasing your flexibility, strength and muscular tone. It’s lots of fun and a great way to get in shape and by the end of the course you’ll be fighting fit and ready to take on whatever 2010 has to offer. Ability: This is a complete beginner’s course so you don’t have to have done cheerleading or any dance before. Please ask if you are unsure about the course level.
