| Cafe De Paris gig
by Aimee ''I got a feeling...that tonight's gonna be a good night!'' ...and we weren't wrong, five of the P.C's partied the night away at the famous Cafe De Paris. We arrived at around 10pm and were shown to our changing area. Once ready, we were greeted with a bottle of champagne and numerous different cocktails! Now we were cafeful not to get too carried away as it wasn't long before we were needed to get the party started.
We were hosting the event so we had performances and podium dancing scheduled throughout the night as well as time slots for the photos to entertain the guests. People love to party with the Pineapple Cheerleaders so we like to have fun with them.
To kick things off, Bianca, Mari and I headed to the podium area, up we jumped onto our very own little stages and started freestyling with our pom pons... Lady Gaga was being blasted out the speakers...PERFECT! |

| HSM shoot for Disney Channel
By Kimberley “GO WILDCATS!” Today was like a dream come true, as we were guest performers on The Disney Channel’s new High School Musical TV show. We do lots of work for Disney HSM and so we’re all huge fans of the movies and knew that we were in for a treat. When we arrived on set it was just like walking into a scene from High School Musical. The gym floor glistened in the spotlights, the scoreboard was flashing and there were crowds of kids on the bleachers dressed in Wildcats colours, waving foam hands, flags and mini poms. I could just picture Troy Bolton landing a jump shot in one of the basketball hoops. Sadly Mr Efron wasn’t there, but there were a few London Towers basketball players showing off their ball skills. Everywhere we turned there were cameras, lights, and people singing and dancing. But everyone stopped to watch the squad as we strode across the basketball court in our slick PC tracksuits & matching kit bags. We felt like a film-stars! |

| Pineapple Cheerleaders 2010 Calendar Shoot!
By Elle Mr Photographer, I think I’m ready for my close up! Yey! It is finally here; the number one day that every PC is waiting for: The Calendar Shoot! No need to say how excited I was about the shoot – it is the biggest day of the year for the squad as it is a really ambitious shoot which covers the team shot, our individual profile shots and, most importantly, the 2010 calendar. We all had different arrival times and a personalised schedule. I was really nervous about it. I had been tanning, toning and practising my smile all week leading up to the shoot, and the night before I checked about three times if I had packed all my styling products and other accessories. |

| Lords 20-20 Cricket By Suzy Wow 40,000 Cricket fans had a real treat today! Not only were the Indian Premier League 20-20 winners Rajasthan Royals at Lords to play a match against Middlesex but Shilpa Shetty and Pineapple Cheerleaders were also there to entertain them. We split the squad in half and were cheering on opposite teams for the day. Half of us were in pink uniforms with matching poms, cheering for Middlesex County Cricket Club and the others were in royal blue and gold, cheering for the Rajasthan Royals. Every time our team got a 6 or caught the ball we had to jump up and perform a victory dance on our podiums. |

Ascot promo
By Rossella Dear Cheer Diary, today wasn’t just any other cheer day, today we yelled and posed from an open top bus, touring central London! That right, Ascot invited us to their press day for the Shergar Cup where, as usual we added all the glamour and joy anyone could ever want for a P.R. stunt! Meeting point: The Ritz! What an exclusive bus stop. The race is sponsored by Dubai Duty Free and everyone was staying at the hotel so we were treated to tea in an absolutely stunning private drawing room whilst we waited for the bus. Before boarding we meet the incredible international jockeys; Maresh Narredu (India), Ahmed Ajtebi (UAE) and Hiroyuki Uchida (Japan). Click, Click, Flash, Flash the hungry photographers get their first shots with the beautiful Ritz backdrop, us, and the Shergar Cup trophy gleaming as a centre piece. |

Cheerleaders Social at Ruby Blue
By Bianca Every so often we get the urge to let our perfectly styled cheerleader hair down and go dancing just for fun. Last night was one of those times so we decided to hit Ruby Blue for a night of cocktails and cheesy music. We finished practise early that day then all hung around at the studios, cracked open the champagne, turned the music on full blast and got glammed up. We decided to dress down (or at least as dressed down for a PC) so we left the LBD’s at home and went for skinny jeans and of course killer heels. We strutted on down to the club where we received VIP treatment from the offset. We were ushered to our own cordoned off area and the management sent us a complimentary round of cocktails to get the night started – Loves it! . |

| Renault World Series at Silverstone
By Vicki The road trip to Silverstone was highly anticipated. Finally the weekend had come to see if all our hard work had paid off and to show our new slick routines to our fans. The fun started on the drive up there, we turned heads on the motorway blaring out Britney Spears in a pink 4x4 (nobody expected cheerleaders to be brightening up there rush hour) it really got us all in the mood for performing. However I think we got a bit too carried away as we realised we were heading into Northamptonshire - completely the wrong direction! |

| Ascot
By Aimee Today was the day to show Ascot what they’ve been missing! Pineapple Cheerleaders! Eight of the P.C's went to cheer at the Dubai Shergar Cup in front of a 28,000 strong crowd. As always we can’t resist practicing so we started the day of with a fun rehearsal on the train...well you can never be too prepared, although we did worry one of the guards who came to see why the carriage was 'rocking' lol! That must have been our kick line! |
